Still here (25th Feb 2005)
I was being asked lately often if project is still alive. The answer is
yes. We are still around and going to be this way as long as sales
continue and even beyond that because the money has never been the main
reason. If you have any doubts, feel free to send us e-mail. We support our customers.
VG Library II 2.70
(16th Jan 2003)
Some good news: there are some plans to issue a new library release. There is no specific date available yet.
The new release of VG Library II is available. Delphi 5, 6 and 7 platforms are
supported now. C++Builder support for this version is not available yet.
The release includes two new components: Tvg2MenuButton and Tvg2CheckTreeView,
the list of of old components enhancements and some problem fixes.

I extended the demo to show more components and features including Tvg2DBTreeView. The demo for some invisible cool stuff was added to the library: check out VarArgsDemo. Enjoy!
Merry Christmas and happy New Year to everybody! I finally started the new
great job and work on library update. I plan to get the next VG Library II
released sometime in January. See you in the next year!
HyperBase is Open Source

HyperBase is Open Source now. Yes, it is not an April joke. Compile both
DBCLIENT.DLL and MIDAS.DLL and have all MIDAS components available for your
projects in source code.
VG Library II 2.60
(17th Nov 2001)
The new release of VG Library II, Thanksgiving Edition 2.60 is available. Now
there are Delphi 5, 6 and C++Builder 5 versions supported. Happy Thanksgiving!
HyperBase 3.5
(6th May 2001)
There is a new registration option available. You may upgrade your Personal VG Library II license to VG Library II Source license for just $29 to receive the state-of-art library source code.
HyperBase 3.5 is available. The only known Borland MIDAS drop-in replacement.
HyperBase replaces MIDAS core DLLs without any modifications in the existing
applications.

The full source code of DBClient.dll and Midas.dll is available.
There is a new registration option available for VG Library II. You may get
registered now for just $19 without purchasing the library source code.
VG Library II version 1.01
(16th April 2001)
We are extending the services for our potential customers. The new registration service in the USA will be available soon. Now you are being serviced by our Europe partner Element 5 AG, Germany.
The library update introduces support for Borland C++Builder 5.0 and
installation program.
Help for VG Library II
(3rd April 2001)
There are eight language packs with translated string resources avaiable for separate download.
The help system for VG Library II is released. You may
download it as a separate archive. The documentation will be integrated
into library installation in the next releases.
